I'm Marcia Ayacaba
I've spent 25 years navigating corporate leadership—from luxury goods to FMCG to services, from supply chain to becoming Head of Global Talent Management for a large global company.
I've also spent my entire life as a consciousness practitioner—working with meditation, somatic practices, embodied presence, and non-ordinary states.
For most of my career, I kept those worlds separate. Then I discovered they're meant to work together.
